life for the next 4-8 years...

OKAYYYYYY.

I know, I haven't blogged in so long, but I'm sure you can guess why...
I'M IN UNIVERSITY!!

Now I know you're thinking, "Classes didn't start until yesterday. What about every other day, and all weekend?" Well my friends, this place is wild. I've been busy 24/7. It's been hard for me to even just find an hour where I can just chill in my dorm room, nevermind finding the time to get on my blog and write stuff. I moved on Sept 4, which was a Saturday. I was offline all day for quite obvious reasons. That night I stayed in a hotel with my parents, and they did not actually leave me until about 6PM on Sunday. Needless to say, I was kinda depressed that night, so the last thing I thought about was my laptop. Monday, I was with my residence girls doing orientation with them (which was running sat and sun as well). I left at about 8AM and didn't get back until 10 something PM.

Tuesday was the beginning of the artsci frosh week! Basically, I was with my group all day from like 8:30AM until 11PM. We would get about an hour here and there to eat or go change clothes or something, but THAT WAS IT. There was no time for doing this blogging. Okay, so frosh week ran until Saturday night, when we had a semi-formal dance. So I was out late, basically.

Sunday was a whole other story. We had the season opener for our school's football team, so of course we all had to go. We were all decked out in our painted coveralls and tams (you'll only understand if you go to my school), and we were ready for cheering. It was about a 20 min walk in the rain to the game, so basically, it sucked. Our team won of course. They're last year's champions, so yeah, but we mostly left early due to awful weather. I then spent the rest of my day running errands all over and again I wasn't home until late.

Yesterday was the start of classes. I was actually online a lot yesterday because I finished classes at 11:30AM. I had to buy books though, and I went to the mall to get some school supplies with some friends. I've also spent lots of time out with them throughout my time here, so that's another reason I'm so busy. So yeah, now I'm here about to go to another class writing this when I should be reading.

University is hectic, but so fun. You meet so many new people and just have sooo much freedom (minus the free time). Haha, and it's only just begun...
